Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small glass cups or bamboo jars that are placed on the skin, creating a vacuum, so that suction can be applied to strategic areas of the body. This suction helps to break up congestion or stagnation in the body, helping muscles to relax, removing toxins and improving blood flow through the veins and arteries.

Massage cupping is essentially the inverse of the typical massage therapy. Instead of exerting pressure on the different points of the body for healing, massage cupping uses suction to tug the skin, tissues and muscles upwards. Although cupping is not painful, the patient commonly walks away with circular bruises on the areas where the cups were applied.

There are some points that need to be considered before the treatment as the circulatory system or pregnancy.

We offer an additional 20' Free Full Body Brushing!* Don't miss it!

* Body Brushing is a powerful detoxification exercise intended to brush off the dead cells and stimulating th waste removal process of our lymph nodes, called lymphatic drainage. If our lymphatic system is not working properly, waste and toxins will build up in our lymphatic tubules and ducts, which can lead to inflammation and disease, therefore by dry brushing we help to promote the ideal condition for efficient detoxification of our skin.
